Whether for the combustion of exhaust gases or residue liquids, as a catalytic reaction chamber (KATOX), for denoxing in the SCR process or as a pyrolysis chamber – Kraps provides you with the right solution for demanding thermal applications.
All combustion chambers are individually manufactured and equipped with all the necessary connections:
for burners, lances for flue gas and liquid injection, sight glass nozzles, measuring devices and with robust carrying and transportation devices for safe handling on the construction site.
Depending on the installation situation, we offer two design variants:
- Horizontal combustion chambers are equipped with fixed and plain bearings for thermal expansion.
- Vertical combustion chambers have a statically designed wall thickness and brackets for hanging in your steel construction.
