ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION
Custom manufacturing and individual design of thermal and combustion engineering equipment and systems. The latest computer programs enable the design and construction of the equipment from an economic perspective (pressure-bearing parts can thus go for preliminary inspection to the notified bodies in the desired form). Project supervision by our highly qualified engineers and technicians.
MODIFICATIONS & OPTIMIZATIONS
KRAPS GmbH specializes in optimization measures for old plants, the new construction of defective plant modules, and the economical design of thermal plants, combustion plants, and waste heat plants, focusing on well-functioning systems. Our services include, among others, conversion, modification, optimization, repair, and reproduction.
ASSEMBLY & PROVISION OF PERSONNEL
We offer full on-site assembly or provide skilled personnel with valid TÜV certificates: pipe fitters and machinists, senior fitters, fitters, prefabricators, electric welders, MAG welders, cladding welders, TIG and TIG-E welders, TIG mirror welders.
WATERJET CUTTING
Precise cutting with the latest generation high-pressure water jet cutting system for a wide range of materials (e.g., steel, stainless steel, non-ferrous metals, glass, plastics, stones, wood) up to a thickness of 250 mm with an accuracy of +/- 0.1 mm.
SAND JETS
We offer sandblasted workpieces, modules, and plant components before shipping (including protective coating). Sandblasting with quartz sand or glass beads for stainless steel components and granulated slag for carbon steels is carried out in a separate chamber – for in-house use or as a service for externally manufactured components.
