Sparkling clean – with our blasting hall for private, industry & trade
Whether machine components, steel structures, radiators from a painting company or a beloved classic car chassis: in our modern sandblasting hall, we can get any part back on the road – free from rust, paint, scale and coatings.

Sandblasting is a mechanical cleaning process in which an abrasive – usually mineral sand – is propelled onto a surface at high speed. This thoroughly removes rust, old paint, scale or other stubborn contaminants.
At the same time, a roughened surface is created that is ideally prepared for subsequent coating or welding work.
The process is used in particular for steel components, pipes, containers or structural parts where clean, adherent and evenly treated surfaces are required.
Glass bead blasting is a particularly gentle blasting process for surface finishing. Tiny, round glass beads are blasted onto the surface of a workpiece using compressed air.
In contrast to classic sandblasting, the process does not remove any layers, but cleans, smoothes and compacts the surface without visibly roughening it.
Glass bead blasting is mainly used for stainless steel, aluminum or non-ferrous metals when a uniform, silky matt finish is required – for example for visible components or hygienically sensitive applications.
The advantages: no structural changes, no influence on dimensions and a visually high-quality result.
